I left without getting a massage. Be careful, this place is in a regular neighbourhood in North Van and appears to be legit on the outside. Right next to a sushi place and Starbucks people are having sex for money ????"

"I have been to several of the RMTs at Lynn Valley Massage Therapy over the last five or so years. Rachel, Sean and Krista are my regular therapists but I’ve seen many of the others when I couldn’t get in with my regulars. I’ve never had a bad massage. Everyone is extremely friendly, they talk as much or as little as you’d like. They will pivot to that day’s needs. They listen to what you’d like, and check in with you as you go. I recommend LV Massage to all my friends (and most now go there too)!"

If you feel that a front desk person is trying to push other services on you to make more profit, just politely refuse and stick to what you went there for. Because they're a nail salon WITH great masseuses, I would have a pedicure and foot + body massage."

Bit pricey and I get similar service at much lesser price with similar ambience and service at different places. Only thing I didn’t like is after paying the so expensive price, I was still asked for Gratuity. Overall good experience."

"We booked a Fallsview room at a premium price, expecting a top-tier experience. The view was absolutely breathtaking and truly the highlight of our stay. However, the overall service and amenities didn’t quite match the cost. When we requested simple items like drinking water and toothpaste, we were asked to pick them up from the front desk because housekeeping was busy. This felt inconvenient for a hotel of this standard. While the location and cleanliness were great, the service could be more attentive to enhance the guest experience."
