"I was sent here by the owner cause their first location was busy at the time. I can really say i’m glad she did cause I met Nikki. I came here with a really bad headache and pain in my back & arms (basically my whole body, lol) and left pain free. She just knew what she was doing and she’s the best at it. I’ve been getting massages for years from many different people but I will say I found someone whom not only she’s great at what she does but has an amazing personality. She’s so kind and patient. "Located in a nice cozy first-floor office, I had a great experience with Nancy. After asking the standard COVID screening questions, she went over which areas I wanted her to focus on and how the massage would benefit them. A mask was also provided and need to be worn at all times during the massage. The atmosphere was very relaxing, with instrumental music playing in the background and a hint of essential oil from a selection you can choose from. Nancy will do her best to make sure you are comfortable and relaxed. During the massage, she will ask you how the pressure is and say when she is going to move your arms and legs. You can check all of the prices when booking online, but 30 minutes with Nancy was exactly $70 after tax. After the massage, you can either get a printed or emailed copy of the receipt for insurance purposes."

"I'd heard nice things about this place and really wanted to like it. I booked a brazilian wax with Lucie while my regular esthetician was on vacation. Lucie was very friendly and funny which was nice. That's what I am giving the 2 stars for. Unfortunately, I was very uncomfortable during the waxing service itself as I was in a very unusual position for an entire 30 minutes! I left in pain and have never gone back. Lucie, please update your brazilian waxing technique to make your customers more comfortable."

"Everyone at the Blackburn Mews location was lovely! I had Gabby, who was an absolute gem for a massage and facial. She took her time and it made all the difference. My mom and her friend had their massages and facials in a separate room and thoroughly enjoyed themselves! When my mom forgot her necklace (very sentimental), Emily (GM) reached out and personally dropped it off to our hotel. Can not recommend this spa enough!"

I had 2 weeks prior been to another nail salon and I could already tell that it was so much better here! Very lovely people who have been in the business for a long time and it’s evident!
