"I had a Gel Mani + Pedi, and facial with Jenica. Amazing experience, very relaxing, and she let me know that all of their products are organic. She is meticulous with the nails, and they are absolutely beautiful. She is very gentle as well. The facial was relaxing, with a scalp massage as well. The products smelled really good, and my face definitely felt softer and more hydrated after. I found the spa to be quiet and the facilities updated. She told me the spa has only been open for a 1.5 years. I parked at City Hall, which was free on Sundays. Very convenient location. Will definitely be coming back again."

"I've been going to this location for years. The front desk staff and the RMTs are all very friendly and very professional. I have sunlife insurance and they submit for me every time without issues. My insurance policy covers me each time. I'm not sure what another person was talking about when they said this location cannot bill to sunlife insurance because yes they can and this location obviously does not commit fraud. What a lie that person told. Its sounds like the issue is with their policy and nothing to do with massage addict. I highly recommend massage addict Kitchener!"

"I thought I was the only one who was given bad treatment here. But now while checking reviews I found they are doing this thing to everyone and ruin the real pleasure of massage comfort. They just ask for a tip in the middle of a massage and then argue it as a right after spoiling the whole purpose of massage. They charged me full and started arguing in the middle and refused to give me a massage for a complete time slot. She just went out and brought the service charge menu showing me then written in the bottom "people usually give 10-20 dollars as a tip". Of course any decent person will give but not after listening to give me now I don't believe you will give me after. And what is the meaning of usually? Who asks for a tip without the completion of the therapy session? It is a total shady place in the name of massage if u refuse to take extra service and just want to stick till massage they will somehow irritate to leave in the middle. Never visit this place."

"I am from out of town and my friend recommended this place. Me and two other friends booked for massages and they got us all in last min. The spa was clean, cute, and everyone was very welcoming. There was a little confusion so I would just say to mention specifically that you only want women in the room if you’re doing a body massage because I believe they do have a man who provides massages (might just be for feet addon). However, everything was resolved and for us the rest of the experience was great, and the price was amazing. I had my massage with Summer and I would 100% recommend her and would see her monthly if I lived here. She is very attentive and checks in about massage pressure and is just really kind. Overall, a very enjoyable place!"
