"Misty is very professional and goes above and beyond in her services. She demonstrates an in-depth understanding of muscle anatomy and goes to lengths to try to mend your bodily issues. Her care doesn’t end at the table, she sends you home with her best recommendations for stretches and exercises in order to maximize your treatment. I always leave feeling relaxed and much better! The space is inviting and provides the perfect ambience."

"Worse experience ever! Do not go to this spa! I got there at 1:00 for my appointment at 1:30, I was told to wait in the waiting room in my robe for my masseuse. At 1:50 I asked when my massage would start it was already 20 min late, and then I was told at 2:00 that my masseuse was not coming. I wasted my whole afternoon! Horrible experience and extremely unprofessional for the Four Seasons."
