"I visited for the first time today and had a great massage! Fiona was mindful and considerate of what I wanted her to focus on during our 45 mins and used techniques that helped me to relax but also address some of my pain points. The receptionist was lovely and provided great service. Highly recommend :)"

"I have had several therapeutic massages from Francis and he is a caring professional. I told him about what was bothering me and he has always zoned in on exactly what was hurting me the most. I had a lot of muscle knots caused by stress and he made them melt away."
