"So. I posted a negative review an hour ago and within 5 minutes of me posting it the owner Kevin contacted me to discuss my concerns and he seemed very genuine with his replies and valued my feedback. Normally I'd leave my review up but this blew my mind. Thank you Kevin for making me feel heard and valued as a customer even though I had only been there once. That's what customer service truly is."

"This massage parlor is exceptionally clean, and I thoroughly enjoyed my one-hour massage. The masseur's techniques were skilled, and the acupressure was spot-on. After the massage, I felt much more relaxed and full of energy. Both the masseur and the front desk staff were very professional. I will definitely come back again."
