"I was really disappointed with my massage. I booked a deep tissue massage with Nicole. When I asked her to press harder in the muscles in my back, she said she couldn’t do it because they were too hard, “like cinder blocks”. Why do you think I booked a deep tissue massage? And she spent an inordinately long time on my arms - about 15 minutes out of the hour. I left feeling no better than when I came in."
