"This was a very relaxing, positive experience. Kim was wonderful, and knowing it was my birthday, had a banner up and gave me a small gift. I accidentally had the wrong time and I was 20 minutes late. She easily could have cut my time, but she did not. The spa space was comfortable, warm, and calming, from the vanity to take off jewelry where she combed my hair prior to the treatment, to the relaxing water and sounds of the actual treatment, and finishing with the foot bath. During the foot treatment, she offered snacks of chocolate, cakes, water and juice. Well with the price of the deluxe package. Would highly recommend and I think this will be a new birthday tradition for me."

"I've had issues with their facials and their massages. I have complained but nothing has ever really come from it. Now I avoid them if that's what I'm looking for. Their pedicures have been great though, so that is the only thing I come here for now. The amenities are some of the best, but if you are a couple you will be separated. In Winnipeg that's pretty normal. It's often better to do a girls day for that reason instead of a couple's thing. There's more to enjoy together. They have a great sitting area with nice variety of snacks. There is a sauna, Steam room and an over head shower. Pro tip: they have one shower in the womens room that has showers from the side too."

"Prior to going to serenity I had an aversion to go into massage therapists because I was very sensitive to any type of pain in my back. I was so scared that I was not going to enjoy myself and little did I know that I needed to see them to fix that sensitivity to the pain in my back. I went and I saw Carly for my first visit and I can't say enough good things about this experience. If somebody is new to getting massages for both the relaxation as well as helping with pain, definitely go see her. I have seen her twice so far and almost immediately I feel better and I'm seeing the benefits. I also want to call out. Diane. I woke up this morning with severe lower back and glute pain, radiating into my thigh and calf. Carly was unfortunately unavailable because it was such short notice but I was able to book with Diane. I just booked a 30 minute massage to hopefully fix what had been tweaked and get out some of the tension but Diane was able to diagnose right away that I needed a rapid neurofacial reset. Without even taking off my clothes, Diane was able to fix my issue and help me leave there 30 minutes later. Feeling 80% better. I feel like the ladies here really care about making you feel better and they aren't trying to get you to just keep coming back so that you spend your money. If anybody asks me for recommendations for any massage therapy, I will always recommend this place."
