"I had 2 very different experiences the 2 times I went. The first time I had Mrs. Kim Rahal. She was amazing. Did a great consultation with me to see exactly what I wanted to target during the massage. She made a suggestion that I go from a massage detente to a massage therapeutique instead because it better fit my needs - which I did. She was absolutely amazing. I have never felt more relaxed in my life. We spoke after the session and she gave some suggestions on how I should move forward with my appointments to keep up the work done that day. The second time, I wanted to book with her again, but unfortunately her availabilities did not work with my schedule, so I booked Carmen Aviles instead. After such a good experience with Mrs. Rahal, I was looking forward to another great massage. I went with the therapeutique massage again as it is a deeper massage. However, I basically just got lotion rubbed on me for an hour straight. There was barely any pressure being applied by the massotherapist. From the start of the session she at most said 5 words to me. At the end of the session (which finished at exactly 4:30 even though I was taken 5 minutes late), she simply said that was all and left the room. I was left feeling aggravated because massages are not cheap and I felt this was a very subpar experience for the 130$ spent. I will continue to go back to Mrs. Kim Rahal when possible as she is absolutely amazing at her job. Overall the front desk staff is lovely and the environment is very clean and relaxing. Thank you! **EDIT** After leaving this review I received a phone call with Bridgit who was absolutely lovely. She took the time to listen and understand what happened during my 2 appointments and where the disconnect possibly was. As we discussed, sometimes a certain therapist does not fit your exact needs - does not mean they are not good - just not what you are looking for. This is a customer service that is extremely hard to find these days and is truly appreciated."
