"This was my first experience with a head spa and I absolutely loved it! The treatment I booked was the Deluxe package. Kim's communication and response time is great. The whole atmosphere and overall experience was exactly what I needed- calm and relaxing. I will definitely be coming back!"

"We went during the week, the spa areas where you sit and relax were dirty, dishes and plates piled on every table. No fresh blankets in the quiet area, plates also piled with food. The change room was untidy with food & dirt on the floor and used towels and robs on the floor and sitting benches. Dirty robs hanging in areas when there was no one using those areas like the sauna. Services were great, we got a rose oil massage and the specialty pedicure, and both were fabulous! The ladies doing the pedicure were divine and it has been my favourite experience yet! They also talked about the body treatments and I can’t wait to return to try one…or two. unfortunate the environment was unclean and unkept, has not been like that any of the previous times I’ve gone. There was also not many guests in the spa or sitting areas, a quiet weekday, which I enjoyed."

"We went for pedicures. The ladies were wonderful! So kind and professional. Unfortunately the salon itself isn’t the greatest. The nail polish was all gathered on a shelf, so it was difficult to see all the colours, and we had to open each bottle to confirm the colour on the outside matched the colour on the inside. A flat wall display or nail swatch sticks would have been better. The massage chairs and tub jets were broken so it really wasn’t a full spa experience, just a foot soak. We could have done that at home. The ladies gave us massages with exfoliant and wax, and they did a great job. But for the polish, we wanted nail art, and they weren’t able to do it. These pedicures were around $80 each, so we expected a full service treatment. We were really disappointed. We still tipped, solely cuz the staff was lovely. But we won’t be back."

"I went to Mashal for a lash perm and tint back in April 2024 and my lashes ended up being completely fried unfortunately. I had gotten a few lash perms in the summer of 2023 and my lashes had never been fried afterwards. Mashal herself was very nice but I don't think my lashes looked good after at all and it took months and months for my lashes to grow back normal and healthy again."
