    "I’ve been to this clinic a few times and generally had good experiences. However, during my last visit, I felt quite uncomfortable. I didn’t book with the previous RMTs I’d seen because I wanted to fit in a session before the holidays. Knowing it’s a busy time of year, I went on the clinic’s website and booked with whoever was available and fit my schedule. I finish work at 4 PM and my workplace is just a five-minute walk from the clinic, so when I saw a 4:15 PM slot available, I booked it. A few days before my appointment, I received a call from the clinic asking if they could move my appointment back by half an hour to accommodate another patient. I apologized and explained that I couldn’t do that because I didn’t want to wait around for an extra half hour after finishing work. I assumed they would simply accept my response, but instead, the person on the phone tried to argue, saying they wanted to fit in another patient. Eventually, she said it was fine and left it as is. On the day of my appointment, during the initial consultation, I got an unwelcoming vibe from the RMT. At the end of the session, she brought out her iPad to show her schedule and told me that if I wanted to book her services again, I would need to come earlier or later because she wanted to fit another patient in-between. I explained that I had chosen the 4:15 PM slot because it was offered on their website. I left feeling very uncomfortable and confused. Why would they offer this time slot if they don’t want anyone booking it? I would not book with this RMT again."

    "I had the most amazing experience yesterday at Skoah Lower Lonsdale! I have never had a facial and was gifted a Facialicious by my family. From the moment I walked in the door and was greeted by the lovely, warm, friendly and very helpful Cassidy to the extraordinary Facialicious by Juliana. I thought I was having a facial, and it was way more than that. A wonderful massage, extraordinary, meaningful and very helpful conversation with Juliana. She was such a lovely human being - I felt that I was having a much needed mind/ body healing experience! And my skin felt amazing afterwards! Thank you Cassidy and Juliana!!"

    "This place is magical! Honestly, a little space on earth of heaven. The atmosphere is incredible, the house, the trees surrounding the property, the decor it all whispers tranquility and feels like a big comfort hug. Yes the atmosphere is wonderful, but the staff is even more magical. The emphasis they put on the people they help, is incredible. I’ve been seeing Suzanne regularly now and she is an absolute treasure. An earth angel, Mary too. I have had the pleasure getting to know them as people and I am always so at ease in their presence. I feel at home, at peace there and that’s an incredible feeling to have at a spa, so important. I am a dedicated patron of this glorious spa and I can’t wait to go back. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable! It’s very hard to do. Love it can’t recommend it enough."

    "Go Place has been one of my favorite indoor spas, and I’ve visited many times. I’ve also recommended it to several people. However, I strongly advise against booking a massage there. The management system around their massage services is extremely disappointing. After the massage, they ask you to rate your experience, but if you don’t give them an “excellent” rating, they pressure you and make you feel uncomfortable. During my most recent visit, I rated my massage as “average” because it genuinely fell below expectations. The masseuse confronted me aggressively, demanding to know why I didn’t rate her higher. When I tried to explain, she argued and dismissed my feedback entirely. She physically blocked me from leaving and continued to question me. I was there with my family and my in-laws, and the whole situation left me feeling anxious and embarrassed. It was incredibly unprofessional and made what was supposed to be a relaxing experience very stressful. If you can’t handle honest feedback, you shouldn’t be asking guests to rate their experiences at all. We go to spas to relax—not to be treated poorly for being honest."

    "This place is fantastic! A close friend of mine recommended it as he always goes when he pulls muscles in sports and I’m pleasantly surprised how much relief I felt after the massage. Definitely going to return here as I need treatment. Thanks, guys!"

    "The view of the falls from the room was absolutely gorgeous. I could not say the same for the Marriott Fallsview Hotel. Our first room was disgusting, with stains on furniture with leftover food on the carpet and mold growing behind the peeling walls of the bathroom. Front desk staff reluctantly moved us from the initial room they claimed “was one of the best in the hotel.” Our next room was updated and cleaner, but the AC did not work. It was extremely hot at night despite the cold temperature outside. Staff admitted that the AC does not run during the winter off season. Because of the inconveniences, we were told we would receive a 50% off our stay, only to find out that it was “50% off the first two night” at checkout. It was clear they used this phrasing to confuse guests into believing they were offering half off the entire stay rather than simply one night free. When I clarified that our stay was going to be only 33% off, front desk staff continued to reiterate “50% off the first two nights.” The fire alarm went off as a false alarm the last night of our stay at 3 in the morning. When I also brought this up, they offered no apology or resolution to this as they explained that the fire alarm going off means it is working properly for our safety; while I understand this is out of there control, some leniency in checkout time would have been appreciated, for example, as our sleep was disrupted in the middle of the night. Attached are photos of our first room and some from the second room, which also did not lack its fair share of stains though less than the first. There are also photos of the dirt accumulated under the carpet in the lobby."

    "Great place to get your nails and pedicure done. Very clean and bright space. The staff especially Pam is very kind and attentive. They listen to you request and deliver. They also provide you beverages while you wait. 5/5 recommended"
