The wrinkles around my eyes and mouth were definitely reduced. When I saw the after results to my skin, it was like my skin was transformed to something else! "My review seems to be similar to others on here and I wish I had read them before booking an appointment. They lack customer service skills and professionalism. I booked the appointment online for my husband who was called later to rebook the time to earlier. I booked the appointment as soon as I could since he was having horrible pain. The receptionist then called him to ask for the appointment time to be moved - no reason was given and no explanation. My husband, against his better judgement, changed it. While he got stuck in traffic, the receptionist called to see how long it would take. He mentioned he was on his way. She called again once the appointment started and asked again, quite rudely. As opposed to telling him that he would only have the remainder of the appointment, she told him to reschedule. Which he declined and asked for his original appointment, which they had rebooked. He had more than 30 minutes left for his appointment. I called them once he was home to complain about the service. Why are appointments being pushed around? The receptionist on the phone was rude. Now I understand my husband should not have taken the updated appointment, but my concern is the lack of accountability with this organization. Why have updated appointments with no reason as to why when I've clearly picked a time that would work for me? Why options for times if you're not willing to book people in? When I asked to speak to a manager I was told she's there the next day at 8 until 2pm. I provided my information and asked for a callback. To date, no call back and based on reviews, their behaviour continues with no accountability."

"Results are not as expected considering the high prices. Some places were Ok results. But she didnt consult my hair colour and body hair first, was asking about money first as that was her main concern. After the second treatment session of the 8 treatments sessions in total she started asking for the 2nd half of the payment without even reaching the 4th session yet. During my 6th session I asked her why the results are not good or showing on my belly, back face, and party my arms. She then told me laser doesn't work well on light color hair. So basically i wasted money for a full body treatment since the treatment had barely any affect. I still have the same amount of hair on these places. One leg has been less focused on, as I used to mention to her. She would be very nosy about your personal life details. Brazilian is not done well, cannot wear Bikini comfortably. Still have to spend that regular amount of time you spend shaving anyway."
