They use the best products too????. Also I loved that there’s a hairstylist that knows how to work with my 3C hair, which is so rare( how can you be a professional hairstylist and know only type of hair when there’s many? ) ⭐️gold star for her. ???? However , when I went to get my roots done and highlights… she fried my hair off. ????????????THIS SALON DOES FULL HEAD BLEACHING HAIR IN ONE SITTING ????????????THIS IS Ruining hair! If a salon says they’ll bleach it from black( or brown) to blonde in one sitting, they’re not a professional hair stylist. It should take multiple trips. Get you Chemistry UP! ???? Ones things for sure. They’ll never touch my hair again or my families."

"Went for the first time today for a massage, saw they had reasonable prices so I decided to try it out. I am more than happy with the results. Thank you to Beatrice for really taking the time to massage for my special needs, she really took good care of me. I will definitely be back regularly. The salon is super nice and spacious to accommodate all the different services they offer. I highly recommend ????"

"A fantastic spa. We dropped in with no reservations on what should have been a ski day, but the conditions were not favourable. The spa is very clean, and there's such a large variety of saunas and relaxation areas that you never feel too crowded. It closely resembles Spa Scandinave near Mont Tremblant in terms of amenities, layout, and the river where you can take a cold plunge. The staff were very welcoming and made the experience pleasant. Would definitely come back! However, one suggestion for the spa: please consider implementing a better system for hanging the bathrobes. I had my bathrobe taken twice and it was kind of annoying. Perhaps a hook with a small latch that goes over it and can only be locked/unlocked with a key that gets left in the lock when you're done?"

"I had my first ever Brazilian wax here maybe 3 years ago now and it honestly still haunts me. It was so horrible, I was there for almost two hours, at one point there on the table in the room while the aesthetician left to help someone else. My skin was so swollen and red. I still think about how awful it was and it truly felt like an injustice to have never left a negative review about this. Go to bbare, they are excellent, quick, experience and efficient."

"If I had read the reviews first I wouldn’t have gone. Regardless, that I am unimpressed with how my nails look, the reason I won’t return is their customer service. I waited about 2 months to get my nails done, as I wanted to ensure they were strong enough on their own again. I had finally gotten to that point so I went. I called ahead to see if they had space and they did. When I got there I had to wait a few minutes which was totally fine as I was a walk in. I had the final remnants of my previous shellac on my nails but there wasn’t much. Their male employee handled my nail appointment and right off the bat I thought he was rushing to get through. He was so aggressive on my nails and filed the tops of them so much that my nail had become so flimsy and had cut my pinky at the back of my nail. I was already not impressed now. When he asked what color I was looking for, I showed a photo of the nail design I was hoping to have done and asked if he could do it. He responded with “yes, that’s easy.” So I said great and chose my color. When he sat back down, I asked if he needed the photo on my phone. He said why would I need that, and I said to see the design I wanted, to which he responded he didn’t have time to do. I should’ve left at that point. He decided he would do it but rushed through the whole service. He painted way back on my nail including the cuticle and some of my fingers, he left paint surrounding my nails and mangled the design. During the appointment he even said that he was struggling to focus on my nails, which I understand staring at nails all day is hard on your eyes, but then ask your colleague to finish instead as he was the only one currently with a client. To top it off, at the end of the appointment, he just slathered the cuticle care all over my fingers and then told me I was done. No hand wash, nothing. I went to pay and that’s when he told me there was an extra $10 charge for my design, which was ridiculous. He should have told me from the start and I’ve never been charged $10 when the design consisted of solely paint, no jewels or anything. I still tipped him, as I too work in customer service but safe to say I will never be going back. The green is the photo I went in with, crisp straight lines. The purple is what I received."
