"I had a terrible neck spasm and couldn't find anyone available to help until I came across Rob. The process to set up an appointment was all streamlined online and was simple. The website says that you have to receive the receipt to send to insurance, but that isn't the case for all companies. I was able to get everything processed at the desk before my treatment. Rob did a fantastic job for the deep tissue treatment I went for. Afterwards, the range of motion in my neck was good enough to walk around and do basic tasks. I would recommend this place for good massage treatment."

It was a deep tissue massage where I felt so much relief but also was incredibly relaxing. The hot bamboo sticks were an incredible addition. Highly recommend Metanoia!"
