"Hello, I recently visited first time for a massage appointment at this place on February 14 at 11:30 AM. While I encountered a few issues I’d like to bring to management attention. I arrived 15 minutes early, as I mentioned, it was my first visit, and I needed to fill out some forms. I was called in at 11:35 AM, and the massage officially began at 11:40 AM. Unfortunately, the session ended promptly at 12:30 PM, meaning I received only 50 minutes of massage, rather than the full hour I had booked. Additionally, I wasn’t fully satisfied with the quality of the massage, though I don’t wish to name the therapist directly. I would appreciate it if you could look into the session details for that time and ensure that these minor oversights are addressed, and going forward can make a significant difference in the overall experience and the success of your business. Thank you."
