"Absolutely Amazing Signature Facial! I used my Christmas gift card for a signature facial at Hammam Spa, and wow, what an amazing experience! The whole place has such a calm, peaceful vibe, which makes it feel like a little escape. The esthetician took the time to analyze my skin and customized everything just for me, and one of the highlights was the extractions. The products smelled so nice, and the facial massage was so relaxing—I nearly fell asleep! I can definitely see the difference, and I left feeling so refreshed. Highly recommend this facial!"

"I usually never leave negative google reviews but my experience was horrible. A part from the nice decor, this place is horrible. I booked an appointment with Tania, and got Amy who it took 3 HOURS to do a simple set of oval nail extensions. I had even asked for a french tip with my milky white polish and gave up on it because clearly she was not experienced. Her gloves ripped and got caught TWICE in my nails. My dip powder is way too thick and the polish is not even. She cut my cuticles a good 6x during the appointment when I told her to stop, she claimed she was cutting off the extra dip powder. It also took a whole hour before she even put on the extensions. Waste of time for a poor result. I still tipped regardless but I am highly disappointed and will never go there again. See pictures attached. UPDATE : 2 days later, my nail polish already chipped"

"I was gifted a spa package & had the pleasure of visiting this past week. I altered the package slightly, which was kind of them to allow me to. I had an 80 minute hot stone massage, Vichy sea salt body scrub, customized facial & pedicure. I have been lucky enough to have visited a number of spas over the years & I can say this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Sandra was my therapist for the hot stone massage, she applied the right amount of pressure, asked how everything was & overall was lovely. Renata was my therapist for the other 3 services & she was fantastic. I generally have never had a good experience with any facial I have ever received, either the therapists are inexperienced, pushing the spa’s products, have never loved it. This facial changed how I feel about them, it was beyond amazing, skin felt great, was as relaxing as the massage. I cannot wait to go back to experience it again. Thank you all at Rosewater for a lovely experience, I look forward to going again in the future."
