"My partner and I came in for the premium head spa service. They did the following: - Pressure point massage on the head. - Scalp treatment with multiple shampoos, oils, and wash. - Upper head ASMR waterboard treatment - Hot Stone neck massage. - Lymphatic drainage massage. - Blow-dry with massage. Our heads felt clear and we were very relaxed afterward. Staff were great as well!"

"On Wednesday June 18th 2014, I received a nice facial from Karen (my daughter bought me a gift certificate for a 30 minute facial). My daughter received a great massage. Went to pay. I think her name was Julie (the owner). My daughter was asked if she was paying for Karen's tip. I was shocked that she asked and said no, I was paying for the tip for my services. My daughter bought some product and asked about the return policy. Julie told my daughter as long as items were not opened. My daughter gave around a $30.00 tip for a $30.00 massage. Very generous. Julie did not have change for my $20.00 and asked if I would rather leave a $20.00 tip as she would have to go down stairs and get change. Are you kidding me!!!!! My daughter broke out in a rash a hour later from the product they tried on her face. Friday, June 20th, 2014 she returned to the store to get a refund because she did not open any items and was told no refund, will do a exchange. My daughter did not want a exchange as she was concerned she would have a reaction to the product. Julie (or whatever her name was) replied that my daughter just bought the product and could not afford it. Yes!!! She said that to a paying client. I did enjoy my facial and my daughter enjoyed her massage. I will never go back there."

"I am writing this review under my fiancee's Google account because he booked the appointment as an early Christmas gift to me since he knows I always talk about how incredible hot stone massages are. This one was extra special because I convinced him to book us a couples massage at Hand & Stone Massage. He has never had a massage before. We both booked the 50 minute hot stone massage together and yet, I was very disappointed that his masseuse and my masseuse gave two totally different massages to us. After we were done, he described how his masseuse gave and incredible massage to the front of his legs, all the way down to his feet, as well as an amazing front arm and hand massage. As I mentioned, I have had several stone massages before and I expected the same and yet my masseuse did neither. I was quite surprised when she told me the massage was over, as I was anticipating the same treatment as my fiance. Needless to say I was very disappointed. First hot stone massage where the masseuse did not do this. The massages were not cheap either. Very happy though that he completely enjoyed his very first hot stone massage!"
