"I’ve been a Massage Addict member since 2023, originally at the Clayton Park location, and recently transferred my membership to the Cathedral location. I had my second session here yesterday, and honestly, I left feeling really disappointed. I clearly explained that my main issues are neck and shoulder pain from working at a desk all day, but the therapist didn’t focus on those areas at all. It’s been tough finding the right therapist at this location. I’ve never had issues like this at other locations, but here, it’s been challenging. At this point, I’m seriously thinking about canceling my membership and finding a better option."
