"Spent the whole day at the spa, and overall, my first experience was great. The staff were very polite, constantly checking in to see if I needed anything. The massage therapist, hairstylist, nail technician, and esthetician were all lovely people—it was a pleasure interacting with them☺️ I was completely satisfied with everything except the manicure, specifically the polish application. I didn’t notice at first, but once I got home, I saw that the polish wasn’t applied very well. For the price, I think it would be better to offer gel polish instead, as regular polish chips quickly and doesn’t last. Overall, I had a positive experience, but the manicure was a bit disappointing."

"Brittany did a great job on my massage. We went in for a couples massage and came out relaxed ????. It was a bit busy when we first arrived but overall a nice place to get pampered. They had a great 'quiet' area where you could sit and relax. Some of the ladies provided good customer service while others not so much. I think this spa could definitely benefit with having all staff provide top notch service, especially if they want to be rated a 5 star spa experience. Overall experience was good."

"Holistic Roots is a wonderful establishment. I received an amazing hot stone massage there. I highly recommend getting this service done at Holistic Roots. They also offer a variety of services and are very professional. I want to check out their naturopathic medicine. I would highly recommend Holistic Roots for physiotherapy too. The staff are sympathetic and knowledgeable. Holistic Roots also generously donates to many of the charities I support in the Ottawa area."

"Once a year I get a pedicure, when I’m off to a tropical paradise. This year I managed to get an appt at New Path Spa, and a beautiful soul named Mya was assigned to take care of my poor neglected feet. She helped me pick out a beautiful sparkly polish then preceded to soak, file and shape my toes to pure glamour!! Beautiful spa, the staff are kind and so nice and I left feeling so pretty and pampered! I left with another appt booked for the future with the glorious Mya!! He has helped me through chronic pain and sports injuries so I can stay at work and continue to be physically active over the past 7 years. David recently helped my husband recover from a significant workplace injury using cold laser, I don't know what we would have done without his help. "Love love love! I wish I can give this service a 100 stars. As a mother of two little ones the in your home convenience has made it possible for me to pursue some level of "self care" that I would have otherwise had to put off due to simply not having the time to physically make it to the appointment. Not to mention the prompt email support and follow up with pain management stretches and exercises to continue the care in between sessions. Most services I have contacted had impossible and inflated costs but in your home therapy keeps their costs affordable for the average income. My request for a female therapist was honored and I can't be more happy and satisfied with crystal's work, professionalism and kind nature. She's takes her time to explain and walks you through the treatment. Most services I've tried in the past tried to play up my symptoms to rope me into additional sessions. With crystal I was practically pain free three sessions in, and unprompted she mentioned I can switch to being seen on a need basis since I seemed to be improving.
