"This place gives the best massages in Richmond! They were super friendly, and the place is very clean. The new renovations of the shower, sauna area, and the general chill area make the place feel so nice. New tiled floors are slip resistant compared to other places in Richmond where the floors were super slippery. Honesty just the renovations make it worth coming here. Michelle gives great massages and is very nice."

"I have been to see Sonny 2x and I must say that her treatment have been very therapeutic for me. She applied a firm and medium pressure and she covered all exposed parts of my body. This is great because far too often, my hands and feet don't get any attention. I left feeling rejuvenated and I'll be back to try other staff as well. I gave it 4 stars because they're were a few interruptions to answer the door or talk to coworkers."

"Like others have said. We were asked a minimum tip amount after our session. It was an awkward and uncomfortable experience. The massage was ok not that comfortable and I feel like they were cutting corners. Will not return and won’t recommend."

"Worse threading, pressure into a 6 month agreement, sale pitch unlimited threading in area agreed to. Harassment each appt as the owner insisted to follow the 3 cycle hair growth which was silly!!! If there is facial hair it needs to be remove. PERIOD Lighting in space is poor, hair removal areas were missed due to poor light. A 6 month nightmare!!!! I’m currently a yearly member of a competitive with the area, which cost less then 6 month service in this salon. Horrible horrible horrible!!!"

"Lucked out and got a last minute massage with RMT Ivan (Tam). I had a short window of time and was able to book the next available spot 15-20 mins after I called. The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful. After intake, Ivan was quick to greet me and assess my needs before we got started. Although I booked for 45-minutes, I never felt rushed and felt that he spent a good amount of time on my requested areas (it felt much longer!). The pressure was great and he often checked in to see if I needed it adjusted. Overall, I would highly recommend Ivan @ Nexus. I've had treatments by other male RMTs and Ivan was, by far, the most professional and made me feel most at ease. Thank you!"

"She was amazing, her service was very top tier. She did a consultation (which I didn’t know I needed but do) and did the perfect regime that my skin needed at that moment. As she takes care of your skin, she explains everything in full detail, which I really like. She gave a detailed recommendation for skincare before and after and even offered me tea which was nice! If you really want someone affordable and luxury, definitely book her! She won’t disappoint :)"
