"Terrible experience. I reached out from a FB promo offer on Monday. Offered me an appointment on Tuesday at 4:45. I asked for Thursday instead and it was set. I spent 40 minutes driving to the location to be told that they had no record of my appointment time. Despite showing him the chat he said I was never confirmed. Terrible business practice! Would never use them!!!"

"I am a senior on oxygen and a new member of her team refused to service me. Steph the owner stepped in offered me Esme as a alternate, and what a fine choice she made. Esme and I had a wonderful time and I even taught her a new style. This is my second time to Pampers and would recommend them to anyone. Job well done Esme & Steph"
