"New location opened since sept. We come do foot massage, room is clean, large recliner seats but they dont plug the switch for recliner. Jean was my therapist, great service, she noticed i am in pain for some areas and modify her pressure on it. Tv provided, can access youtube but no beverages offered unlike the other location at warden ave. This location provide sandals and also option to change to shorts for massages. Clean washroom good size with mouth wash n toilettries"

"Having been a customer for years with Perfect Wellness, now my every visit feels like coming to see an old friend, relax and comfortable. I remember I had a frozen shoulder on my right side suddenly in 2018 and it was very painful. I was treated in Perfect Wellness for around 6-7 times and recovered soon after all the treatments including acupuncture and massage therapy. Now I still go to Perfect Wellness whenever I need a relax. Thank you and highly recommend."

"Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience ???? IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE GO FOR IT!???? I was really looking forward to my visit to Rhythm Wellness Center, but it turned out to be very disappointing. During my appointment, there was an issue with an additional $5 charge. I had already paid $85 (including tax), and the additional tax should have only been $11. Despite explaining this, the staff insisted I pay $25 instead. The argument over such a small amount left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. ???? The service itself was not what I expected either. The Groupon Black Friday deal listed the service at $124, and I paid $85 after using $39 in Groupon Bucks from a previous refund. Normally, this service costs $179, which seems far too expensive for the quality provided. The hair spa was just okay—essentially massaging the hair—but the therapist seemed rushed, and it didn’t feel relaxing or enjoyable. The neck and head massage also felt incomplete and hurried, leaving me even more disappointed. They gave me a $20 coupon for next time, but honestly, I don’t want to come back. A refund or even an apology would have been much more appropriate. I can’t recommend Rhythm Wellness Center based on this visit. I hope they take feedback seriously and improve their professionalism and service in the future. ???? ( the 5 stars here mostly 2 years ago or a year ago nothing recent! "I’m not a person who writes many reviews but I have been a customer at Zenstones for a number of years and it is by far the best holistic wellness place I have ever visited. The staff are incredibly professional and focus on accommodating me the client. Whatever my needs might be at the time. The rooms are clean the showers are spotless, the attendants are courteous and caring, and the service is second to none. If you are looking for a place where you will feel completely rejuvenated when you’re done, I recommend that you come to Zenstones."

"Very bad service. One of the worst experiences of my life and also missing money from my wallet. I came in with $500. Paid the girl $160. I should have $340 left. But was only left with $140 when I got home."
