"I picked this massage center reading good reviews on google map. Pavel gave me a massage which was supposed to be a whole body and focus on neck, shoulders and upper back. Therapist is very courteous, respectful and gentle. He was kind enough to give me the option to cancel the appointment if the driving on snow wasn't possible/safe. I really appreciated the gesture. Massage was ultra slow and focused like 80% on my neck-shoulders-upper back, with very less massage on hands, lower thighs, calf, and feet. Feet was done through the sheet and was very quick that I didn't even feel anything. Overall, massage was mediocre, and less energy. I specifically asked to to harder, but Pavel said, "don't blame him for sore muscles the next day (with funny tone), but let's see." I kept seeing but the massage didn't go firm and to me, it was not at all a massage that I was looking for. I needed to be relaxed, which I did in that moment, but it didn't last long at all as after 15 minutes of the massage, I didn't even feel if I received a massage. Soreness? When I didn't even get a firm press, why would I even get any soreness? Overall, I am not satisfied with the massage as I said I need whole body with focus on neck-shoulders-upper back, but it was done majorly on the neck-shoulders-upper back, very quick on hands, and feet through the sheet (I took shower before going there, did the therapist feel that my feet were dirty?) My chest, thighs were not massaged at all. What is full body massage then? In the end, I can say it was a massage, but it wasn't effective and it's effect did not last even 15 minutes. Despite me asking for firm presses, it wasn't done. This is not an excuse that "he didn't know my body yet." When the customer is asking for firmer presses, why not do it? Well, the end result? I will not go there again. There are many other massage parlours in the city, I'd rather explore more than try to settle with a mediocre massage that doesn't even change when I ask for it."

"I needed some work done on a shoulder injury which is now improving day by day. The first person I saw was Boris who took exceptional care in the initial consultation to determine what was wrong. Because he was about to begin a course to advance his already profound knowledge, I was unable to continue with him. However, I was able to get in with the incredible Wen who took great care of me in all of the follow up appointments. He made sure that I understood how to do the exercises safely and effectively and gave great advice all with a terrific sense of humour. The staff and practitioners have all been friendly and caring. "Dr. Arjomand is truly amazing and great at what she does. She will do anything to help you feel better. I was in and out of the hospital for a week and we could not figure out exactly what was causing the room to spin, stiff neck, nausea, migraine and much more. Dr. Arjomand was able to get me some herbal remedies to help my vertigo stop and helped me along the road to recovery. On my second encounter with Dr. Arjomand, she was able to do some acupuncture later on that night, I felt so much pressure being released from my head! "This was my first time at BBare. I had originally booked an electrolysis appointment with Monica. From the moment I stepped into the room with her, I felt at home. She was amazing. She explained the pro's and cons for both Laser Hair removal and electrolysis, and we then decided on laser. She did a patch t was patient with me while I asked a million questions. I felt so good after I left - this is a woman's place! You can feel it as soon as you step inside. I ended up getting a spur of the moment piercing while I was there too, so that was a bonus.
