"I went for the first time for the “hammam” experience and was quite disappointed- it’s more of a sauna than an actual hammam. I had my own exfoliating glove and the temperature wasn’t hot enough for any exfoliation and when I let the manager know that they simply shrugged and said it didn’t have time to heat up properly and it wasn’t addressed so it’s a bit disappointing that was my first time that I payed full price for but didn’t get to experience. Other than that, the space is nice, they have a small waiting area w tea- the only inconvenience is there are no bathrooms in the locker room so you have to go downstairs every time."

"After going back and forth in my head about if I should get injections or not, I had my first lip filler treatment ever at this clinic and I am super happy about my decision! Everyone was super welcoming, helpful (and gorgeous too!). The result is exactly what I wanted: natural looking but a bit more plump and defined ????. Marie-Ève was super gentle and reassuring. It was really not as painful as I thought (and I am an absolute baby when it comes to needles). I’m so grateful that this clinic is in my neighborhood, I will definitely come back."

"Why 1 Star? Well because 6 was not an option! Our experience was over the top amazing and our facial specialist and massage therapist were fantastic!! Holly our facial expert was super nice informative and the facial was awesome Noah took care of my friend who amazingly has never had a massage before. She was gobsmacked, overwhelmed with delight! Noah talked to her about what she can do to help improve her health and become stronger (menopause sucks, but it’s not the end of the world!!) The atmosphere was relaxing and all the employees were kind.
