"I received a gift certificate for the "Bliss Spa Connection" awhile ago. This package includes a facial, pedicure & manicure. However, when I arrived, I was informed that my gift certificate was for a dollar amount, not for specific treatments. I wish the receptionist would have told me that when I booked my treatments because I may have selected different treatments. PROS: - lemon water offered while I waited - technician doing my facial was polite, knowledgeable, & kind - facial included a light massage, a few extractions, & skin care recommendations CONS: - lots of stairs, difficult for those with mobility issues - no choice of relaxation music/sounds in the treatment room - pedicure chairs didn't massage or recline - clearly hear receptionists in the lobby talk & laugh while I was upstairs (not relaxing) - PRICING!! The price list that was included with my gift certificate had "facials" listed for $55 less then the current rate! Luckily, I had opted out of the manicure so the gift certificate paid for the 2 treatments."

She is very attentive and caring when it comes to working with you on your problem areas and recommends stretches at home to help as well. The Spa facility itself is very clean, inviting, and feels relaxing. I always say my massage is an out of body experience here and this never happened to me until I visited Scape Spa.
