"I visited Elements massage for my birthday and it was perfect! It was in an easy access location, it was super clean, very welcoming and relaxing. I saw Sarah and she was professional, possessed great knowledge and the massage was very therapeutic. I loved how the intake requested for the customer to circle the areas with the most tensions, and also the areas where not comfortable with touch. It really allowed me to customize the massage to my needs, focusing on the problematic, stiff or painful areas. My upper & low back, as well as my shoulders and neck say; thank you!!!"

"Nikki is amazing…she is a skilled esthetician with a warm, nurturing and gentle personality. She takes exceptional care of her clients and provides top notch service. I actually travel from Vancouver to see her and it is well worth my trip. My lashes look phenomenal when she was worked her magic. The clinic is clean, welcoming and inviting. Prices are very competitive. If I could give 6 stars I would!"

"I had a really disappointing experience at this salon. I was visiting to purchase some hair products and had a $20 bonus gift card from a promotion last year, but there was nothing on the card indicating it couldn’t be used for products. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude when I asked about the policy. She responded in a very unprofessional and dismissive manner. To make matters worse, the salon's hours listed on both their website and Google Maps are incorrect. I had to turn around twice earlier because they were closed when I arrived. Today, after calling three times, I finally got through to someone to confirm their hours. When I mentioned the issue with their posted timings, the front desk lady wasn’t open to feedback at all. She just told me to call, even though I had already tried multiple times and couldn’t get an answer. It was frustrating and unhelpful. I just wish I had caught her name to address this further."

"LOVE this salon and the beautiful setup! I am isually very anxious when booking with a new nail tech but her salon was very calm, and she was very welcoming and warm. It was one on one service and Courtney took the time to get to know me and build a happy and solid experience. She held my phone for me when I had a call and most nail techs will just ignire your needs. Courtney did an AMAZING job on my nails. She was very gentle, which has been a big problem for me in the past. She told me all the benefits there is to gel over acrylic. She was AMAZING and i cant wait to book another service!"

"Went in yesterday with a bridal party to get our nails done, this place is beautiful, clean and the staff is great the only down fall is that not even 3 hours of getting a regular manicure done the nailpolish started to chip thats my only complaint.. just keeps on peeling"

"If you're shopping at the Oshawa Centre and are in need of a break, there is a new ispa lounge across from Dollarama where you can get a full body massage from a self-serve massaging chair! Really cool concept, basically, you use your smartphone to scan a QR code on one of the chairs, using digital pay you can get massages for a cheap price for 10, 15, even 30 minutes! It's a deep massage too, it will work your back, your neck, everything. There is always soothing music playing in the background which creates this really calm and relaxing vibe and it's regularly cleaned & sanitized with hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes at the ready if you need it. There is also an instructional video to show you how to use the chairs when you walk in! I've tried it out for myself and it's definitely worth a visit!"
