"Very sorry to write this review, but when a business don’t take responsibility of mistake that they caused I have to warn others. I got a gift for my birthday from my husband (lip filler) and was so excited to do it ! I saw this place on the instagram ads and it made me look into it . I booked the appointment with nurse Nancy and she recommended me to dissolve the upper part of the upper lip (because some of my filler went there and she said that in this way after the dissolving my upper lip will look even fuller) On this day she forgot the dissolving syringe and she injected 0.75 ml of filler and said that next appointment we will inject the rest and will dissolve the upper part of the lip . I came to the appointment excited since I was promised to have fuller lips than before And I asked few times : is it by any chance will cause my upper lip to dissolve as well ? Because if yes I don’t want it at all and I prefer to keep it this way . Nancy said: no . I inject the upper part of the lip I don’t even touch the lip so it won’t dissolve your lip . So I agree and we did the upper part of the lip dissolving. Later on this day my husband tells me that there is something wrong with my lips , I look in the mirror and couldn’t stop crying!!!!!!!!! Alllll my upper lip was completely gone I been paying a lot of money for fillers since 2015 to shape my lips and all my hard effort was gone completely!!!! I talk to nurse Nancy and she offered to fix it We did 2 syringes (complimentary) and on the last appointment I asked if it’s still not enough filler what should I do ? She said don’t worry you can call us back and book another appointment. When I call to book appointment they said now I need to pay for filler because they “already fix “ my lips . And after I asked politely to take responsibility and to bring my upper lip back to the way it was ( on their cost) they denied my offer and told me they are not willing to accept me as a client anymore. So I just want to say that we are all human and mistakes are happening, but as a business they need to take 100% responsibility for something they did wrong. I have never ever in my life experienced something like this before all my lip filler was completely satisfying and even with Nancy until the dissolving I was happy . If she had told me : it might dissolve your upper lip I would never ever do the dissolving!!! So I payed for lip filler for my birthday and ended up with thinner upper lip and unbalanced lip !!! Very very very much disappointed!"

"I visited them last August 29 for an eyebrow threading service. The staff was accommodating, and the service was quick, which I appreciated. However, after I got home, I noticed that my eyebrows had bruises and marks, and they were quite painful. Unfortunately, this made me decide to cancel the eyelift service I had scheduled for the next day. I understand that threading can sometimes cause marks, but I hope the staff can be a bit gentler. I would love to return for other services, but only if there's assurance that my experience would be more comfortable. ????"
