"Lack of communication. Because of the strike, there was no food or drink available. I was not made aware ahead of time. It did not feel like a spa atmosphere because there were children there. There were no staff walking around to see if everything was going well. Staff that were there were talking amongst themselves. I will edit that the owner did reach out to me and offered a voucher for a redo. I will change my star rating to a 3 to say thank you."

"There was this nasty persistant wet dog smell inside the spas/jacuzzi and on our rags.. had to take a thorough shower as soon as we got back home to get rid of it."
