"Was searching for a nice and affordable nail salon around St. Albert and stumbled to this place. Went in and ask if they do accept walk-ins. They agreed and welcomed me and my husband. I got manicure and my husband got foot spa with pedicure. I don’t know the name of the lady who did my nails but I absolutely loved it! She’s gentle and was really careful while doing it. I appreciate also how she listens to me on what i wanted. For my husband he’s happy with the service that he received. Reasonable prices too. I highly recommend this place! "I initially came in to do electrolysis to get rid of some stubborn chin hairs, however after my consultation with MJ we decided it was best to go with laser and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I’ve had about 7 sessions in total, each very quick and easy. I’m of a darker complexion, so MJ made sure to adjust the equipment used so that it wouldn’t cause any harm or permanent damage to my skin. She was very friendly, and I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out. I highly recommend this spa as they are very knowledgeable and have a nice, clean and professional environment."

"Today I visited Me&My Laser and Medi Spa to have Oxygeneo facial procedure. The atmosphere is amazing! Everyone was very attentive and provided a lot of information on my skin and recommended hydration facial since I’m wearing N95 daily. Just after first appointment I already feel a difference in my skin and I can’t wait for the next appointment. They provide many services including hair treatments, lashes extensions, lasers and so on. It’s great to have everything in one place!"

"First time trying out Foundation of youth spa today, I opted for the 60min massage and 30min scalp treatment and it was wonderful! Aside from the confusion about the location/entrance, Lucie was very helpful! She provides a relaxing, beautifully keep space where I felt very comfortable. The treatment itself was amazing, very relaxing, perfect pressure, and the stones were nice and warm! Will definitely be revisiting :)"

"The service has really deteriorated under the new management. I have been going to this massage spa for over 10 years but the last couple of times I have had a horrible experience. The rooms are not prepared and ready when you arrive. They make you sit in the waiting room and quickly spray some air freshener after the last patron vacates the room. The rooms were hot and smelled like sweat.... Sad to write this review but I won't be going back."

"From the time I called to my first call to my first session years ago, the service was excellent. The physiotherapist I worked with the first time I needed physio was Ali, he was thorough in assessment, instructivebin teaching resistance band exercises and follow-up. I'm back again now, this time with Kian. He is diligent, patient and explains the use of equipment. He reminds me of what the sensitivities were up to the last session and is:able to focus his attention on problem areas. He acknowledges improvements in my conditions and remains optimistic that my progress can result to full restoration to pre-injury condition. Great staff from reception to attending physiotherapists."

"I was getting the normal deep tissue massage, and it was amazing. I loved it, I walked away feeling nicely relaxed. Liz however, after hearing the extent of my injuries, suggested I try Shiatzu massage. OMG, life has not been the same! The reality that I live in now is as different as night is from day. There has been such an awakening in my shoulder and arm. Parts of my body that have been numb for 20 years! I haven’t felt a particular part of my arm since a workplace accident left me with permanent damage. Liz has worked with me to build a routine of Shiatzu and home exercises. From originally not having feeling in part of my body the size of a football, down to a softball, to now down to a golf ball size is tremendous. I thought I would live the rest of my life with no feeling in this part of my body, but Liz’s extraordinary work has given me feeling back and hope that one day I will be pain free again. I would highly recommend Liz, for she is a miracle worker. She has done what others offered but failed to do. She has changed my life! Thanks Liz"
