"Massively disappointed with this spa. I can’t speak to the physical venue or services as their booking system is so terrible, I never got to experience it. On Thursday I booked a massage for that coming Sunday, and received a confirmation email. On Friday I received a voicemail from the spa saying they needed my credit card details. I was unable to call within their opening hours, so managed to call on Saturday morning. They then told me they had no record of my booking and were now fully booked. No explanation of why my booking has vanished. It was meant to be a relaxing time to spend with a friend, which just turned out to be stressful."

"Jessica Rose is a great RMT! I've seen her twice now, once for lower back/hip pain and another time for upper back/neck pain. Each session she does a great job assessing the issue, targeting the problems, and I walk out feeling like a new woman. She has the best bedside manner and takes the time to understand the issues and make sure you're feeling comfortable throughout the whole session. She's a small lady but has strong hands! I highly recommend her and look forward to my next session."

"I had one of the most amazing massages ever by Villiam! He is thorough and clearly knows what he is doing. I have had a lower back injury from whiplash for 20 years and he worked on the area in a way no one else has, and I’ve had a lot of work done on it! He came back in the following morning to give me a second treatment, even though he was not scheduled (I was flying out that day) and his follow-up helped even more. I am now injury-free and this was 4 months ago! He has a background in physiotherapy from outside of Canada - that mixed with his massage training is the perfect combination! I highly recommend Villiam, and my experience of being at Vida spa was also very positive. Relaxing and serene with helpful and friendly staff. I will definitely return the next time I am in Vancouver."

"My technician, Lynn, is really great. She recently moved here and has been a lash technician for over eight years. My first time there, she showed me various options for length, style and curl. I had a few things I liked and didn't like so for my next time, she took all of that into account and gave me amazing lashes!!! It's awesome because I just wake up and I don't really need to much - just take good care of my skin. The manager, Jessie, has also been really helpful and I was very uncertain if lash extensions would work for me. She really listened to what I wanted and coordinated with Lynn. The whole team is really kind and on top of the great lashes, you sit in a comfy chair with a blanket. Adult nap time! :) Definitely recommend!"

"Holy smokes, I visited the Lush Spa today for the first time and I was wowed! From the moment we walked into the tranquil space, from building a curated treatment for what I wanted to the thoughtful staff. I did the Synatheisha treatment and I was so impressed, totally relaxed, all senses were in for a treat. I received my treatment from Kyle & he was amazing !! This is a must see. I’ve been to plenty spas never quite one like this! 10/19/2024 - I went for the second time & the high standards remained, this time I indulged in the validation facial & the spell! He knows all the trigger points, and either you need recovery or regular maintenance massage, Richard will take care of you. She has great insight into the best treatment options. She is honest in her suggestions, and has a clear knowledge of the entire skincare industry and its advancements. It's amazing to have the owner/operator doing the procedures and explain everything as it goes along. My skin has improved so much! The changes are noticeable after one Venus treatment! "First time floater. Mt husband and I recently went for our first float last weekend. The staff were all very friendly, and the shop is very welcoming. The floating took a little to get used too mainly I was in my head alot thoughts of " 90 mins is a long time, am I going to hear the music at the end" but after about 30 minutes I let the water do it's thing. It was very relaxing, by the end I was shocked it was over. You can use a head floaty if you want they also provide a pool noodle. You have a personal shower in the room with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. The also provide a blow dryer, hair straightener, and qtips etc. Make sure you are plenty hydrated leading up to it and bring water in the room with you for after. Going back for round 2 tomorrow!"
