"The worst message ever. Front desk staff were very rude and charged 3 of us differently and each was asking for different amount of tip, never seen such a terrible customer service in Canada. The message was bad as well and I asked her 3 times to do me hard message but she could kot speak English. ???????????? Charged me 65$."

J’ai essayer plusieurs endroits mais je ne m’y sentait pas bien et ce n’étais pas toujours bien fait mais aujourd’hui WoW j’ai vraiment trouvé ma place. L’esthéticienne était vraiment gentille et professionnelle. L’accueil et l’ambiance était super. Je pense que je n’ai jamais eu de sourcil aussi bien fait. Et que le pourboire n'est pas inclue. Je me suis senti piégée et pas respectée en tant que client. Tout le long du dit massage la masseuse soupirait et semblait exaspérée. Une très mauvaise expérience pour moi . 90 $ au total pour un massage superficiel et service à la clientèle malhonnête. Endroit à éviter !"
