"Edit: I am changing my review as the outstanding customer service to follow the below was amazing they immediately reached out to rectify the situation and provided and incredible service to amend the below. I 10/10 recommend seeing Genna she was amazing in all aspects; so much so I rebooked as I left Thank you so much :) I tried to leave this on your website but it wouldn’t allow me to submit so here it is .. I was in today (September 6) for an aromatherapy massage which included 9 oils being dropped to provide a multitude of relief and that is not the service I received. At the start of the massage I said I just wanted to relax and release some tension. There were no oils dropped not even 1 let alone 9 different ones What I was received was an excruciating deep tissue massage I was not even remotely prepared for. It was mentioned twice for it to be more gentle and there were multiple times where the pressure was so intense that I couldn’t breath and spent most the massage tensed up with my neck in my shoulders due to the pain, you’d think a trained professional would’ve noticed this I could feel her nails dragging across my body the entire time .. when she was massaging my arms they were dragging up my side and I made multiple attempts to scooch away to stop this and I couldn’t she had such a grip on me. She jabbed me in the side when tucking the blanket with one of her nails (ouch) and she clipped a mole on my shoulder twice to the point it was bleeding when I left there I mentioned at check out when I was leaving that this is not the service I received and I was still charged for it so I guess it is what it is. I am not relaxed, im actually quite agitated from this experience and she drilled so hard on my neck something in there is very upset and I’m in a lot of pain now. I would like to contacted regarding this because what was suppose to be a relaxing experience was anything but that and she really needs to do something about those nails.. aside from the pain and pressure having her nails drag across my body has to have been the absolute worst part of this whole thing aside from being charged a service I didn’t receive"

"Wow, I had such an amazing facial today. Victoria was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable and spoiled. I’ve had quite a few facials and this was the best ever! Loved the special touches everywhere especially the stunning relaxing room with snacks. And what a bonus it is such a beautiful spa with so many fun and amazing products. Makeup, skin care, oils, jewellery.. I wanted everything lol. I have to go back to shop!"
