"Very very bad womens are old, they don’t do massage they offer everything else they literally robbed their customers. i paid 140 per hour of massage it wasn’t even hour (45minutes) old lady over 60 keep asking nude questions and asking for more money throughout the 45minutes. even though they circulated the photo saying $80 for hour massage i paid 140 crazy."

"I have serious back problems and fell upon West Wind massage and Deborah. I found her on Google and sent my son who said she was amazing, so I decided to go myself. I had gone to only one RMT that I liked for many years but she had children and stopped her practice. I went to about two or three more over the last few years and none of them were any good. Deborah is absolutely phenomenal at what she does and I cannot tell you how pleased I am to have discovered her. I will be now going on a regular basis. The office is very sweet and comfortable and I love the ambience. Only after one treatment I feel 80% better."

"the doctor has so many patients to a point that she cannot accept any appiontment in a day or two, you have to wait like a week or two to see her. I guess she is trying hard to make more $ and does not consider the.quality of service as top priority. the reciption is not responsive, not picking up calls, and no voice mail, so you have to consitently make calls which is a waste of time.It shows that this place has no respect of other peoples time. the lady in the front desk is very rude and unprofessional."

"After sitting on wayspa gift cards for the last 2 years I finally got around to treating myself. That’s how I found one stop therapy shop. Her website was so much more user friendly than many other options and it was easy to book online. I got a massage, (added on the body scrub), and a facial. I usually prefer a deep massage, relaxation ones feel like a waste of time, and it’s never long enough. Somehow this massage was more relaxing and rejuvenating than any, without the intensity I’m used to requesting. And it didn’t follow a predictable pattern so my brain wasn’t able to “count down” how much time is left. Instead I was left in the moment and thoroughly enjoyed it. The scrub, was the perfect end of winter treat! And the facial, felt so lovely. I didn’t leave red or irritated yet was so smooth and I had a boosted glow for the next few days. Can’t wait to come back and do it again!"
