"I went to this establishment today for the first time, and I'd just like to say that my experience with Donna was absolutely amazing. She really tended to my concerns and adjusted my massage to what she found would benefit me the most. Not only did she do a great job, but she had a very comforting and kind personality making my experience even better, getting to know her. I highly recommend booking with Donna, and doing so ahead of time as she's always fully booked. I would definitely come back again!"

"I previously left a glowing five-star review for this business, but unfortunately, things have drastically gone downhill since the management changed. The level of service has significantly declined, and the front staff now lack the professionalism and friendliness that once made this place stand out. It's disheartening to see how little loyalty or care is shown toward long-time, loyal customers. On top of that, they’ve developed a frustrating habit of calling customers last minute to change appointments. Yet, if a customer needs to reschedule, they immediately threaten with no-show fees. It feels like a one-way street, with no flexibility or understanding on their part. The only reason I still come here is because my masseuse is exceptional and has been my go-to for years. If she ever decides to leave, I will absolutely stop coming here. It’s a shame to see a business with so much potential take such a turn for the worse."
