"I see from other reviews that I’m not the only one who has experienced issues with appointment reliability at Aqua Spa Nuance. While I was very happy with the manicure itself—Sahar was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job on my nails—the overall experience was frustrating. My appointment was rescheduled yet again because someone called in sick. There seems to be a recurring problem with staffing and last-minute cancellations, which makes it difficult to trust that appointments will be honoured. As a paying customer, I expect professionalism and consistency. Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience here, and for that reason, I won’t be returning. I hope the spa takes these concerns seriously and works on improving their scheduling practices."
