"Experience was very good. I was experiencing muscle tension in my back causing me extreme pain for basic every day tasks. After consulting a doctor, it was tecommended I start frequenting massages. I went with the one hour session and when the session was over, my mobility is almost perfect, still need some more work but I wasn't exactly expecting one session to be the end all be all either. From previous massages in the past, this place did it for me. Will be booking again soon, thank you to all the staff for making this experience a pleasant one, will be recommending others in the future."
"Update: I wrote a detailed review about my initial poor experience at Arcadian (see below) to which Stephanie the manager promptly responded to rectify the issue and address my concerns. She was very responsive and helpful. I appreciated her reaching out and offering to have me back with a complimentary service for hopefully a much better experience. I decided to give it a shot and I’m glad I did. I was booked in with Kaitlin this time and she was amazing! Absolutely fantastic. Listened to all of my concerns, actually read my intake form so knew everything about me before our visit together, and gave me one of the best massages I’ve had! Would definitely recommend seeing her. I also used the facilities childcare service for my son and he had a blast the lady working there seemed to have good experience working with toddlers. I was impressed overall with the experience and look forward to coming here again to see Kaitlin in the near future. This is a great example of a business that cares about their clients/customers. I was deeply disappointed in my experience here. My husband and I booked a couples massage and I had filled out the intake form well before the appointment time roughly 1hour before our appointment to ensure the staff and massage therapists had our information. On the intake I specified my condition along with what areas to focus on. We came in about 5 minutes early for the appointment we’re waiting an additional 10 minutes (totally fine) and then went into the room with our respective massage therapists. Once entering we discussed areas to focus on and I mentioned my condition again to which my therapists reaction was shock..she had no idea and then scrambled to the front desk to “sort things out”. All of this information was available well before our appointment and it’s appalling to me that neither the staff nor the massage therapist looked through the form. Which leads me to believe if I had no disclosed any information in the room the therapist would have never actually known about my condition because they failed to review my intake form. Then I needed to fill out additional paperwork which cut into our appointment time, 15 minutes into our 60 minute appointment. When I asked if this would cut into our time the staff let me know it would which really upset me further as this was an error entirely on their end. To make matters worse the massages for both my husband and myself were subpar. I had to continue to ask my therapist to focus on my areas of concern and it was very rushed considering the time lost at the beginning. My husband also specifically put in his intake form to avoid massage in certain areas like face and head which the therapist massaged anyway while neglecting other areas he had wanted focus on. Overall terrible experience would not recommend coming here."
