Kathy was the esthetician and did a wonderful and thorough job. She included a hand, arm and shoulder massage, which she was very good at. I would come back for the massage alone. Fantastic RMT and human being. I would give her more than 5 stars! The only reason for the the 4* is reception as it is a very important part of a business. I was really sad to see Darlene no longer there, she really made every visit feel just that extra bit special. Incredibly friendly and kind. The new receptionists have varied, some are unfriendly (no chit chat, greetings), some are unprofessional (texting while doing a customer interaction, letting people cut the line, not answering the phone, not calling when an appointment needs to be cancelled last minute, etc.) and one or two are okay, but definitely not Darlene. I definitely recommend 100%."

I spoke with Corey and was convinced to order a part from him because if I ordered it before 11am I could potentially see it the next day because orders come in on Tuesdays and the supplier has it in stocks. It never came in. The following Tuesday I tried contacting him to ask when I could expect the part. He will not return the call. I went to the store and now he has told me that he has no idea when it will come In response to owner... I asked if I should pay for the part and was told not to worry about it until it came in. So I am unsure where the no commitment part comes into play. My frustration is lack of communication and that I called multiple times for an answer. Did not receive one and then I called 5 times always going to voice-mail until I used my wife's phone to call and then it was answered immediately. The girl who works there and called me to let me know about no timeliness for the part has always been very helpful and nice to deal with."
