"Matt Cameron, RMT Massage therapy was fine but, he didn’t go with the time .My massage was for an hour ,9:30 am supposed to start , he took 10 min to get in to the room started by 9:40 and done 5 minutes early finished by 10:25 am. Clearly doesn’t value time . Every minute is paid so he has to take care of that."

She explained everything so well and I was so comfortable that she wouldn't use anything my skin wouldn't benefit from. "Julia is the most talented and professional hair artist- yes ARTIST I have ever seen! "It was my first time going to Inda, -Don’t get me wrong- I am open to new people (as my regular lady was busy),..& I didn’t even mind having to wash my hands in a bowl upon arrival at the front door, however, during the sugaring appointment, as I lay on the table, which understandably is placing yourself in a vulnerable state, the door bell rang TWICE.  I was understanding the first time, as she went to answer the door however she did not clean nor wash her hands coming in and out of the room, either time, Nor did she wear any gloves. Although she was super knowledgeable and very soft spoken, while working within my genital area she took a pair of scissors (not a blade guarded trimmer), and ended up cutting me -which is a super sensitive area.  I understand mistakes happen… however I felt the whole experience turned very unprofessional & I left in shock, pain and extremely disappointed. Although she was cheaper than my regular lady, and did a good job on my eyebrows/ legs/ I just wasn’t impressed with her cleanliness, patient centred-care, nor time management, as I felt as though she was rushing hence which may be the reason she cut me."

"I had booked this for my friend's birthday. We ended up running late for our appointment and the staff were so kind and accommodating! Tea and chocolates were provided. We both did the rejuvenating service that included facial massage, neck/shoulders & arms massage, clay mask, red light therapy and of course the hair wash and massage services. Super lovely and relaxing! Highly recommend!"

"Updating my review (but still as always five stars): I’ve been going to pure and simple since they first opened ten years ago for both facial services as well as products. They’ve seen my skin change and helped me through early 20s struggles to now early 30s struggles. The team is so responsive, so helpful and just genuinely so kind and caring. You feel that from the moment you step foot in spa, or send them a note with a question. Being able to order online and have quickly local delivery is amazing. The other day I ordered and had my product delivered in less than an hour! Which quite frankly was wild, but so appreciated. Pure and Simple truly is one of my favourite places."

"Absolutely the WORST massage therapy clinic I've ever attended. So incredibly unprofessional. I decided to give them a second chance after my previous therapist who left me waiting in the foyer for almost an hour and just sent an email while I was sitting there to say she was unwell and wouldn't be in that day. Now after having my son I needed to come back but Leslie, the therapist I booked an appointment with, never explained their COVID rules. I was unsubscribed to their emails, which was never checked, so the emails with information I needed to fill out never arrived in my email inbox. I also called Leslie the day before to talk about what her schedule looked like for the rest of the week because my work calendar was filling up but she didn't called back until 7:41pm when I was putting my son to bed. She called to say she assumed I wouldn't be in and would schedule me for Thursday evening instead. What? Who cancels a patient's appointment without speaking with them? And who thinks calling at 7:41pm is appropriate? Who doesn't leave a message with a phone number so your patient can call you back? I called to leave a message this morning which went unanswered until I called them back again at 10:45am. I was getting ready to head out the door for my appointment and thought I should double check. I was told by Natalie that Leslie would not be in and had instead rescheduled me for Thursday evening. Thursday evening doesn't work for my schedule. She at least took the time to figure out why I hadn't been getting any emails. Natalie said that she felt bad and the experiences I've had do not reflect their practice. Unfortunately, they do."

I’ve tried different massage therapies before, but this was the first time someone really assessed and explained what I need to work on for my posture and muscle pain. The massage was amazing—I could feel the tension melting away. Afterward, Adam showed me some stretches to help improve my posture. "Review Isabel health centre is Fantastic. It’s a fully legit service with very experienced therapists. Ignore the 1 bad review below . This relates to the old management. This is now under new completely new management and the centre has been completely renovated and is clean and attractive. Jason and his team are amazing . I have been going to Jason for a massage for over 3 years. He is an incredible therapist. He helps me with ongoing back, shoulder and neck stiffness . After a massage from Jason it makes a word of difference in reducing held stress and tension in the body. Sometimes I think he keeps me going. He also does incredible professional foot massages which live up to the amazing foot massages I had when I lived in China, and is hard to find here. Good massage therapists in China are very well trained as is Jason and his team. I highly recommend a foot and body massage for a heavenly experience at Isabel health centre . And the prices are great!!’"
