"Terrible customer service. We had booked a couple's massage one weekend for Valentine's day. It happened to be the worst snow storm of the year and we were not able to get to the spa due to the road conditions. Instead of the spa being accommodating and trying to at least rebook our reservation, they told us we would be charged the full amount regardless ($950). Terrible service especially considering we stay at Four Seasons multiple times a year."
