"I have been going to Annie for about 1 year for back epilation, she is very professional ,and caring. She takes her time and is very methodical . Very clean establishment. Wont trust my back to anyone else. Most recent visit 24may 2024, a new location even nicer than the old place service has not changed still caring and professional. Merci Annie!"

"The staff and ambience are amazing and feels very much like a high-end spa. I did find the massage I received (or my mom received - we came here for her birthday) were not as deep as we usually like them - I asked three times for more pressure and it felt as if it was increased only ever so slightly. My mom had the same complaint. It was still a relaxing massage and environment and the RMTs very sweet and professional, but it just didn’t feel like much."

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this spa. I booked my appointment well in advance and even rearranged my schedule to ensure I could make it. However, this is now the second time my appointment with RMT Toni-Lee has been cancelled in the past month, this time with less than 24 hours’ notice. This lack of consideration for my time is disappointing, and there has been no effort to make up for the inconvenience besides asking me to reschedule... again. It’s really disheartening when a business doesn’t show respect for its clients or their time, and unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their reliability. I am leaving this review after the second time my appointment has been cancelled in the past month with the same RMT. I was very understanding and rebooked myself the first time, only to have that appointment cancelled again."
