"I bought this massage 60 min on GROUPON. I booked appointment for 11.00am on my birthday. First experience was this parking situation!they have no parking, nowhere even around the area!it's all hotels and no spots available. But finally!when I parked my car,I was 10 min late,I called them, to make sure they are able to take me.here lady answered surprised with voice ,like she just waking up and said, hmmmm,I'm sorry, it was no appointment, we will be there only from 1.00pm,they forgot to book me !!????this is a joke. I canceled my purchase on Groupon."

"THE BUSINESS IS DISCOURAGING LOW-STAR REVIEWS! (Review updated 2025April16) The business cancelled my appointment because of my low rating (3/5 stars) rating given to them! ( Upon return from a 3 month long trip in Asia last week, yesterday, I booked an appointment tomorrow with Anna (the therapist I rated excellent in my last review) using the business's online booking, I noted the business called me earlier today while I was out and about, when I called them back, they told me to check my email, and in the email they cancelled my appointment citing reason is that I gave them a low review, I guess it's a sort of discouraging clients not to give genuine review, I've been visiting the business for several years now, for physiotherapy and RMT, but never had an issue with a registered massage, but I had an issue with the last therapist who jumped on my back with back walking without first asking for my permission, that's the main reason for the 3 star rating (Anna 5 star, the other 2 star average is 3 star), in any case, if this is their tactics of silencing their critics, then I will take my business elsewhere. Here's the email I got from them: "Thank you for booking an appointment with us. However, we noticed that you recently left a low-star review for our business. We respect your opinion and take all feedback seriously. To protect both our team and our clients, we’ve made the decision not to proceed with future appointments for clients who are not satisfied with our services. As such, we will be cancelling your scheduled appointment for tomorrow. We believe this helps avoid another experience that may not meet your expectations. We truly wish you the best in finding a clinic that’s a better fit for your needs. Thank you again for your past visit and your feedback. "Dr. Kayla Lam - the best paed MD. Very thorough and explains with excellent bedside manner But, came in with daughter for walkin one time and there was another Dr. who helped us out. She was quite brash with diagnosis - there's a difference between confidence and making the patient's feel incompetent. I believe the doctor just needs to dial down the assertive comments. I work in the medical field and I can understand how busy a clinic might be. Patients might ask questions that seem trivial but it doesn't take a great deal of effort to answer in a polite manner. Front staff gets really busy with calls - must call a few times and be on hold for a bit. Pharmacist - great"

"What a wonderful spa with wonderful staff. Over the last year I have had many services at this spa from relaxing massages to pedicures and amazing facials. I have been more than satisfied with all the services i received and have now become a regular. The staff are friendly and courteous and very accommodating with my somewhat hectic schedule. "I had a wonderful massage experience, but the overhead lights above the chairs were a bit too bright and direct. Additionally, I should mention that some teenagers were at the far end of the store, not using the chairs and playing loud music, which was somewhat disruptive and made it harder to fully enjoy my time there.
