"I hate a horrendous and unprofessional experience with Dr. Sheena Wu here. Dr. Wu felt very inexperienced right from the start. The only way I can explain it, was that it felt like I was her first ever patient. For example - she asked me all the possible allergies I might have, running through this whole list of allergens, even though I said I am only allergic to Penicillin. It felt like I was being interviewed by a student. I only came in for IV Immune therapy. I have had immune therapy many times. I have also seem excellent Naturopaths in the past. Following the awkward intake, I carefully instructed Dr. Wi that I required a butterfly needle as my veins sometimes will collapse with a regular catheter. Dr. Wu then inserted the needle in my arm and went right through my vein, she painfully inserted the fluid into my system instead of the vein. She realized she had made a ridiculous mistake and then pulled the needle out and while inspecting and talking to me about what happened or what could happen, she kept then pressing on the bleeding area. Never offered me a band aid. The whole experience was incredibly uncomfortable and a waste of my time. I left having never received the therapy and my arm is in extreme pain, swollen and bruised now."

I hadn't seen the real complexion of my nose in a long time due to the black heads but Tinsel Beauty took care of that. After my treatment I could feel and see the difference on my face. Plus the aesthetician has got magic fingers very gentle and soothing. I was also given a plan for my facial routine which has been working perfectly. I would recommend 100%."

Je ne connaissais pas la cire chaude, utilisée pour les régions où on peut avoir plus de douleur. Ça fait tellement moins mal! Douleur à 1/10 maximum honnêtement. Ça coûte cher je trouve, mais je me dis c’est peut-être à cause de l’utilisation de la cire chaude, ou la qualité? Si vous avez besoin de l’épilation à la cire je conseille."
