"I wish I had read these reviews before going. Now I’m one of many that have had a bad experience with massage addiction in the north end, I would NOT recommend this business to anybody. The establishment itself was fine, the massage was mediocre at best, my frustration comes from the fact that some of therapists are delisted by the insurance company, so there is no reimbursement to you the client. I was not told about this prior to my appointment and I’m now out $109. I’ve called three times to try and reach a manager to discuss a potential solution and each time I’m told they will call me back I’ve also written via email to their client care address with no attempt on their side to return any correspondence, guess they don’t care about customer satisfaction. Wish there was a way to give less then one star. Do yourself a favour and choose another provider, massage addict is not worth it it my opinion."
