"The place is fine. Receptionist is polite. The room where I had my massage was comfortable. The relaxing music was playing but the passing vehicles on the street was heard too loud. The masseuse was good. The massage was great however there was no other interaction like introducing herself. The only word she said was "Done". And that's it. I still gave a tip. No coffee or tea was offered. They only have water and the water dispenser was empty! And the washroom is outside the spa."

"Awesome place for reflexology! I definitely recommend it. I did not have an appointment but they took me as a walk-in for a 1-hour treatment. The man who did my treatment (I forgot his name) was very good at finding the right spots on my feet. I did a lot of reflexology when traveling in Asia and this was a good as some of the treatments I got over there. The decor of the spa isn't fancy, but it's comfortable and the place looks clean."

"No pictures, no weight. Did 30 minutes for $50? My wife did the foot massage. I did the Thai massage. It was 4 stars in my opinion. I was looking more for foot massage mixed with a back massage. But the lady said they were different, and all I wanted her to do was 20 minutes on my back and 10 minutes on my feet. Anyways, we got it done all in all a good place to stop if you've been walking the city streets."

For the one hour head treatment, you can expect a full head and neck massage, a thorough cleanse of the scalp and hair as well as a shoulder and arm massage. The facilities are very clean and can accommodate couples in the same room. Take your partner here as well."

"Stillwater Spa offers a lovely retreat for relaxation, located in the basement of the venue. The receptionists were attentive, thoroughly explaining the facilities and procedures to ensure I was comfortable and prepared. However, the common area was quite small and busy, which felt a bit cramped. Not sure if it was a common practice, as this was my first spa experience, I found it a little strange and uncomfortable to wait for treatments in a bathrobe alongside other guests similarly attired in such a small area. That said, the treatments were outstanding. Samantha (RMT) and Harley (Esthetician) both provided exceptional care and skill. The pre-set but adjustable 18% gratuity was well-earned. Be prepared for premium pricing, but the quality of service makes it worthwhile. Thank you, Stillwater Spa, for a wonderfully relaxing afternoon!"

"The website for Poetry Spa and Velvet touch uses photos of beautiful young girls . None of these girls are ever working here. I have called and booked appointments with these girls but when I arrive for my appointment only middle aged women are there. They lie and say all the girls on their website are not on the schedule. They say they are the one I booked my appointment with. This place is totally dishonest. New pictures of beautiful young girls are regularly added to the their websites and other links to their websites... yet all those girls are never there... Poetry Spa and Velvet Touch is a total fraud! Only old ugly ladies there...."

"This was my first time getting an IPL and tox treatment. Both times were wonderful. The moment you walk in, the place is incredibly cute and very clean. Sareena was the one who did my IPL. She was so kind and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. She was thorough with letting me know what she was doing and answered all my questions before and after. I cant wait to see her for my 2nd treatment to see more results!!! I booked with Gurbeen and was warmly welcomed by her for my next appointment. She is super sweet and I felt like I was chatting with one of my friends. I was not hesitant at all with what she suggested for my first tox appointment because I could tell she knew what she was doing! It's been 3 weeks and my results are amazing and exactly what I wanted. My follow up appointment I unfortunately had to cancel last minute but the girls are very accommodating and understandable. I have already referred a couple of people to skyn because of the amazing service and results I have gotten. Only place I will be spending my money for that princess treatment ❤️ 11/10"
