"My dad was in need of a good massage so we visited Pinnacle Wellness Therapeutic Massage Clinic. We were delighted to finally meet RMT Arnold as we have heard a lot of recommendations. The space is a large massage room with soothing music, dim lighting and sensational aroma that brought on an ambiance of instant tranquility just upon entrace. After my father's massage, on our way home he was talking non-stop about how much he enjoyed it and how satisfying his experience was. He felt so tense especially in his shoulders and upper back coming in, but the deep-tissue massage released the tension and achieved a high standard of soothing relaxtion."

"I have tried this salon on 4 separate occasions and have never left loving my hair. This last experience was enough for me to find a new place. I have gone in every time with an idea or a picture, which is what I am asked to do, my idea has never once resembled the final outcome. I waited 45 minutes for my hairdresser to begin, I asked for summer blonde with a shadow root, I got my natural hair color with some low lights. If I am spending $400, I’d like to at least notice my hair color after. I am always asked if I want a “lived in color”, I don’t! I really don’t. I want it to be noticeable. On a different occasion the hairdresser tried to talk me out of what I wanted, which was simple and not much work (some dark front highlights with light blonde all over) I’d had it done before and had the picture. Even with the picture, I did not get the desired outcome. The hairdressers always seem to go with their own ideas and I walk out feeling ripped off. It is a very expensive salon, so getting something that resembles the clients ideas should be priority, and if it’s not doable, just say no."

"I have been getting laser hair removal and facials from Melissa for the last few months and it has been AMAZING!
