At each visit, she spent time analyzing at length all my symptoms and always improved them by the end of the session. HIGHLY reliable."
"This was a great experience! I booked a 60 minute deep tissue massage and they were ready to see me right when I arrived. The staff followed a careful COVID protocol with a thorough screening and wore masks. The masseuse took great care to work out some of my knots and check in to see if it was comfortable. I loved the hot towels and relaxing aroma. Would definitely recommend!"

The instructor(Cherina) was knowledgeable and patient, making it easy to follow along and understand the techniques of acupressure. "I've tried a number of different massage therapists in the city and Lindsey at Revive and Restore is by far the best. I have been battling low back pain and sciatica for a number of years and she's played a very positive role in my recovery. I had an amazing treatment yesterday and I am feeling great today. Lindsey goes above and beyond a regular feel good massage. She knows what she's doing and has given me better advice in terms of strength training and exercises than the physio therapists I see in town."

"I made an appointment for a shellac mani/pedi just because this nail salon was closest to me and I didn't realize that they hadn't technically opened yet! They were kind enough to accomodate me anyway and made me feel very welcomed. Kay did an incredible manicure - they don't advertise Russian manicures here but she definitely got every tiny bit of dry skin on my nails. I was so impressed. Generally I had a wonderful experience and I'm grateful that they managed to squeeze my appointment in even while they were setting up parts of the salon and getting things ready for their actual opening day."

"Charged me the wrong price. Price on the website does not reflect how much they say it is in person. Secondly the guys hand smelled really bad. Idc if you wanna smoke but when it makes your hand smell like ass then it’s an issue. The haircut was good but the guy needs to learn how to use a straight razor. There was still stubble where he went over with a straight razor. I could get the same results with an electric shaver. If you’re doing a straight razor I would expect baby skin smooth after especially from a professional ????♂️"
"Thorough, attentive, and knows exactly what to do. I've sought physio, massage, osteo, and chiropractic treatments for a persistent shoulder/hip issue that caused numbness, pain, and and compression throughout my right side. 90 minutes with Joanna relieved the pressure, improved my mobility, and gave me lasting relief. The GTA is lucky to have her; I'm a regular now. I'd recommend booking a late appointment though, I napped HARD afterward."

"I had an appointment today at this location for 10 free units of Botox, which I won by entering their Mother's Day contest, tagging three friends, and sharing it on my Instagram story. I've included screenshots of the contest post and our conversation for transparency. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk was super friendly, and I was asked to fill out a new client form. Things went downhill when I met with another staff member, who appeared to be the manager. She took me into an office space, and we discussed Botox. I explained that I was new to Botox and unsure where I wanted the injections, but I was clear that I just wanted to use the 10 free units I had won. The staff member left the room and returned with the nurse injector. Despite reiterating that I was new to Botox and nervous, the manager informed me that I would have to make a purchase to receive the free units. I was taken aback, as the contest post and confirmation clearly stated that the units were free. The nurse injector was understanding and polite, but the manager's behavior was argumentative and judgmental. Despite my protests and evidence that the units were supposed to be free, they refused to honor the promotion. As a salon owner myself, I understand how promotions work, and it's unacceptable to mislead customers in this way. What's even more disturbing is that this behavior seems to be a pattern. A friend of mine had a similar experience at the Oakville location, where she was made to feel like the Botox wouldn't be enough and was outright insulted. For a business that claims to help women look and feel their best, this behavior is appalling. In our industry, we should be focused on making people feel uplifted and beautiful, not belittled and disappointed. The fact that this business relies on positive word-of-mouth to attract customers makes their behavior even more egregious. I will not be returning to this business, and I will make sure to share my negative experience with others. The promotion is essentially a scam, and I believe the business should be transparent about the terms and conditions of their promotions to avoid misleading customers."
