"I have been going to Priya for 4 years and never used to go to anyone else as she always knew how to do my eyebrows. Recently however, she has taken off my entire eyebrows and ruined the shape. I am not sure how you can take so much hair off without realizing. It's not like it was a little mistake, you have had to intentionally take that much hair off. Once we contacted her to let her know, she just ignored the text rather than apologizing and offering any sort of compensation. My whole family of used to go to her and now I will never be coming back. Horrible customer service and manners."

"Finally I have found a hair dresser that can do the haircut that I have been looking for for years, when I was in high school, I had a hairdresser that gave me this type of haircut, but then she stopped cutting hair, ever since, for years, I have been searching for someone who could cut hair in such fashion: longer on top, some thickness on the side, and a smooth fade. Alva was able to do it and even better than I expected, she even used a straight razor to sharpen all the edges, phenomenal work. I love this haircut, I want everyone to know that I have been searching since 2018 all over Lethbridge and this one was the best, thank you Alva!"

Vienna is a sweet woman who I enjoyed chatting with while she worked on me.The facial was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. Love the fact that use organic products.
