The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, making sure to explain the different treatments available. I opted for the signature head massage, and it was exactly what I needed. The therapist was skilled and attentive, addressing all my tension points and ensuring I felt relaxed throughout the session. The aromatherapy added a beautiful touch, creating a calming environment. I left feeling rejuvenated and with significantly less stress. The experience was worth every penny! Highly recommendto anyone looking to unwind and treat themselves to a little self-care. "the lady chopped hslf of my hair off and it had me in the washroom crying literallyclike in the movies. i had beautiful jet black hair down my back, just past my waist. I went for split ends,( mind you I was so scared and highlighted to please not cut much) and the girl cut my hair up to ABOVE MY BOOBS. Who does that...? Eccotique does. Unprofessional and Clearly unable to do a simple hair cut. Also ive worked in a salon before and understand how split ends work lol.... nobody nees to cut off that much hair period. and I have photos of before I went in compares to after. it is a year and half later and I STILL haven't been able to grow it back out... DId they give a crap either ? nope. don't go here ever."
