    "I had a stress away treatment in the salt cave and I left feeling amazing! The massage was done very well and I felt very relaxed, my favourite part was the neck/head. It was also for the entire hour unlike other places that finish before the hour or try to stick a consultation in the same window. The ladies working there are very sweet and kind and provide great customer service! I will definitely be back :)"

    "I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a hydrofacial, and I must say, it was absolute bliss! Aide, the owner, is a true expert in her craft, and her passion for skincare shines through in every aspect of the treatment. Aide took the time to thoroughly explain the treatment and tailored it to my specific skin concerns. The hydrofacial itself was incredible. Aide's skilled hands worked magic on my skin, leaving it feeling smooth, refreshed, and rejuvenated. The treatment was both relaxing and invigorating, and I loved the way my skin looked and felt afterwards - it was like a breath of fresh air! I've already booked my next appointment and can't wait to return!"

    "I've had ongoing shoulder and neck pain as a result of broken bones for the majority of my life and have sought treatment to deal with it. I met Lisa Silverstein today and she's easily one of the top RMTs I've ever seen. Knowledgeable, skilled, and attentive to the areas that need focus. Her combination of stretching and pressure are phenomenal. I will absolutely be back to see her again."

    "Denae has been my Rmt for a few years now. She is kind, compassionate, and professional. She has this incredible way of treating my issues without making it feel like medieval torture. It's magical! I love the oil she uses and the chill music. I ALWAYS leave feeling amazing. She is very accommodating and is part of a great clinic team. She even recommended a good pelvic physiotherapist in the same building."

    "I would say 9.5/10 I leave completely satisfied! Most of the staff are very friendly, shoutout to Jess at the front desk who is very sweet to all of the clients! I always have a pleasant experience with Justine doing my waxes! Spray tan room is a little small for my liking, but I get that they are utilizing all the space they have! There body scrubs are to die for, the best ones I have found. Update: I still come after over a year and I want to add that Jess at the front desk is exceptional at client relations, she handles clients with care and compassion, you will never be greeted and feel uncomfortable or scared when Jess is at the desk!"

I opted for the standard men's pedicure and was treated to a complimentary hot stone massage as part of their first-time promotion. I highly recommend this spa for couples seeking a relaxing and special experience."

    "I saw Madison in September 2020, and it was a fantastic experience from beginning to end. I was 8 months pregnant and felt very safe with the COVID protocols they had/still have in place. Madison is lovely and super skilled. I showed her a couple pictures of an older haircut I wanted again, and loved her final result. I also love the Aveda products they use! Until the salon is reopens, I’m supporting by buying a gift card for my next visit. ❤️ can’t wait!"

    "Perfection. They are so kind and if you provide a picture of what you want they will make it identical. They are very considerate. They take their time (maybe because it wasn't too busy) but I made sure to make an appointment ahead of time. Thank you Lena's Nails! I'll be coming back :)"

    "I have had a horrible experience at Movati, and it was only my second time in the building. My cousin had called previously to verify me to make sure I could come in, as I had a pass previous, than being told by the supervisor (Taylor) that I wasn’t allowed another week pass as it “hadn’t been a full year”, and we drove 20 minutes from Cambridge so she could introduce me to the gym as I haven’t been in a while, and it wasn’t up to standard. The manager was extremely nonchalant, rude and dismissive of our situation, stating there was nothing he could do without an ID as it “was policy”. Then why do you have staff members saying that everything is clear and we can just come in and get started? Then speaking to Cindy (who handled it with grace and kindness) apologized and moved us to a supervisor, who was kind up until the end. She was again dismissive and saying there was nothing she could do to help us. Giving us meaningless apologies. Even the general manager “will tell us the same thing”, when my cousin wanted her contract voided. I think the staff need more training and their communication skills need to be evaluated to help the paying members and possible future members feel welcome and comfortable. I also think these contracts shouldn’t exist because they aren’t the standard, they make no sense. They seem like death contracts and that makes me a little nervous. I highly recommend going to another gym, this isn’t the first time my cousin has had an issue with this gym and their staff members, but I will be my last time hearing or experiencing it."
