"I am extremely disappointed with the service my friend and I received at this salon. We showed a clear reference photo, yet the final result was nothing like what we asked for. An excessive amount of hairspray was used, leaving our hair stiff and completely unflattering, we genuinely looked ridiculous!!! We had other commitments and couldn’t stay to fix it, but what’s more frustrating is that no effort was made to correct the issue or even offer an apology. For a professional salon, this is unacceptable. Couldn’t do much about it, as I had 30 minutes left. Save your time and money, do not come here. Very unprofessional. Please save your money!!!!"

On my first visit, I was quoted $140 with a $60 credit, only to find out later that the service provided did not align with what was promised. On my second visit, after applying the $60 credit and paying $80, I was again disappointed by a lack of transparency and clarity about the services. This feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, and I refuse to let this go unnoticed. I will not stop leaving one-star reviews on every platform I can, using different accounts if necessary, to ensure that others are aware of these unfair and deceptive practices. I highly recommend that you address this matter"
